The Stork Sunrise Raw Organic Cotton Hoodie by Disorder, is a slow fashion, sustainable garment. The inspiration for this image comes from our travels around Asia, in particularly Burma. The design also has its roots in Japanese Kitsch, Buddhist mythology and the British punk movement.

The Stork Sunrise’s began life as a sketch on one of our trips to Myanmar. As the design took shape, I fused classical Japanese composition with a British twist. Coincidently, the design coincided with the birth of our son, which gave it added importance and meaning.

The Stork Sunrise Raw Organic Cotton Hoodie is a slow fashion product, as it is a limited edition print on an organic cotton hoodie. It is certified sustainable, carbon neutral and we only print it to order. This helps reduce unnecessary clothing waste and ensures you receive a unique slow fashion garment. This might mean it takes us a little longer to get the garment to you, but makes it all the more special when you receive it.

All of the garments in Disorder’s apparel range are hand printed by our award winning team in Birmingham, England. We use local suppliers as often as we can, because we believe in reinvesting in our community. Disorder only use water soluble inks, that are certified non toxic and therefore don’t damage the environment. We are always trying to improve the quality and reduce the environmental impact of our designs.

In fact, we are ideologically opposed to fast fashion and all the damage it causes environmentally and socially.
